This month the Curiosity Show visits Dr. Jann Vendetti to investigate slugs and their slime. They don’t have shells to hide in, but slugs are experts at using their slime to move, climb, and make a safe place to sleep. Jann can also use that slime to identify and track slugs in Los Angeles, with help from citizen scientists working on the SLIME project: NHM.org/slime
